Promotion Period: The 2026 PetSmart Veterinary Services WVC Las Vegas Consultation Bar Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on February 1, 2026, and ends at 7:30 p.m. EST on February 17, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C. (“Eligibility Area”), who as of date of entry are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of PetSmart LLC and PetSmart Veterinary Services LLC (the “Sponsors”) are not eligible to enter or win the Promotion.
How to Enter: If you meet all the requirements outlined in the Eligibility section, you may enter the Promotion in one of the following ways:
General Prize Entries:
To qualify for a General Prize, you must register for an appointment at the PetSmart Veterinary Services Consultation Booth prior to WVC beginning and complete your Consultation Booth appointment. Your appointment must take place before February 17, 2026. Completing these steps will earn you one Entry for the general prize drawings.
Grand Prize Entry:
To qualify for a Grand Prize, you must complete all of the steps above and RSVP and attend the Veterinarian Happy Hour on Tuesday, February 17, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Attendance for the entire duration is required to be eligible for a Grand Prize.
Random Drawing: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. Each Entrant will randomly receive one of a limited number of keys. The odds of winning a General Prize or the Grand Prize will be determined by the total number of eligible Entries and keys distributed.
Prizes and Actual Retail Value (“ARV”): There will be a total of four (4) prize winners randomly drawn for the General Prize and one (1) prize winner randomly drawn for the Grand Prize:

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize will consist of a 3M Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope, a Welch Allyn Veterinary Diagnostic Set, scrubs, an Apple Watch, an engraved water bottle, and a backpack (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value is $2,000.00.

General Prize: The General Prizes will consist of one of the following: $20.00 gift cards, a custom pair of Nike Air Max (up to a $175.00 value), a pair of Meta Glasses, or a pair of Apple Airpods Pro 3 (collectively, the “General Prizes”). The approximate retail value per prize will range from $20.00 to $400.00. General Prizes will be awarded randomly per Entrant.
Winners remain solely responsible for any additional costs, expenses, or taxes not expressly stated herein as being provided by the Sponsor. No transfer, resale, cash, or other substitution of prize except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater value for any reason. Limit one prize per person.
Winner Notification/Verification/Prize Redemption: General Prizes will be awarded on-site at the booth between February 15 and February 17 during the conference. Eligible Entrants will use their assigned key to attempt to open an associated locker. If the key successfully opens a locker, the Entrant will immediately receive the prize contained within. The Grand Prize will only be awarded during the Veterinarian Happy Hour on Tuesday, February 17, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., using the same locker method. Attendance for the entire duration of the Happy Hour is required to participate in the Grand Prize drawing. Noncompliance with the prize redemption process may result in disqualification, and the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable prize notifications for any reason.
General Rules: By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by the terms set out herein and the decisions of the Sponsor. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants hold the Sponsor and each of its respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any third-party claims arising from participation in the Incentive. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by Entrants for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of an award, if applicable, or participation in the Incentive or participation in any promotional activity related to the Incentive.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time, in whole or in part, if it becomes impracticable, impossible, or unreasonably difficult to administer due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to operational, legal, financial, or logistical challenges. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Incentive materials or the offering or announcement of the awards.
By participating in the Incentive, you hereby consent to Sponsor’s use of the participation in its internal communications and publications, and external social media and other marketing platforms. Participating in the Incentive constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use an Adoption Partner's name, logo and other identifying information in connection with the administration of the Incentive and the marketing of the Incentive and PetSmart Charities generally.
You hereby represent and warrant that you have read the terms of the Incentive and are fully familiar with their contents and agree to be bound by them.
Disputes:
ADOPTION PARTNERS AGREE THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS INCENTIVE OR ANY AWARDS AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN ARIZONA; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS INCENTIVE BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ADOPTION PARTNERS BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ADOPTION PARTNERS HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of this Incentive Program, or the rights and obligations of the Adoption Partners and Sponsor in connection with the Incentive, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Arizona in the U.S. or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Arizona in the U.S.
Privacy: Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Promotion will be used by Sponsors for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Promotion as described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsors’ Privacy Policies, posted at https://careers.petsmart.com/policy and as allowed by law.

Winners List requests will be responded to after the prize has been awarded.
