Brandi uses her natural relationship-building ability to surface top talent in the western region. An experienced veterinary professional and animal lover at heart, she is proud to support those doing the incredible work of caring for pets.

Having helped in many facets of veterinary medicine, Kellie understands what doctors need to successfully run a practice. She offers critical support during the opening phase and loves helping veterinarians achieve their dream of independence.

For more than 15 years, Kelly’s superpower has been helping leaders maximize their potential. She works closely with doctors and hospital teams to craft plans that allow them to focus on care and build their dream careers.

With over 20 years of veterinary finance experience, Scott guides candidates through the loan application process. He’s driven by the opportunity to help doctors change the course of their lives and ensure private practices thrive.

With 30 years of veterinary experience, Dr. Bruns works to support doctor-owners as their main point of contact. Driven by a true passion for the field, she helps veterinarians build the type of practice they desire and deserve.

As one of the first points of contact, Rosanne works to ensure new doctor-owners are embraced within the PetSmart Veterinary Services family. She puts her 40 years of legal experience to work to help them succeed.

Kaci has been in the veterinary field for 15 years, previously working as a kennel attendant, lab technician, and receptionist. She is driven by a desire to improve veterinary medicine and provides critical training and support for doctors and staff.

Annelise understands the power of listening to help veterinarians guide the nuances of practice ownership. She helps new owners get up and running with onsite training during the opening phase.

Jesse has spent his 25-plus-year career helping people achieve their professional goals. He has a deep understanding of the challenges aspiring doctor-owners face and is dedicated to helping them achieve independence.
