Rob oversees PetSmart’s veterinary services offerings and leads the Vet Health Services team. Prior to joining PetSmart, he served as Chief Operating Officer for a multisite consumer healthcare organization, where he focused on provider support, client engagement, clinical outcomes, process improvement and innovation as key drivers of scalable growth.

Michael played a key role in launching PetSmart Veterinary Services and now oversees the operations and support of every hospital location. He is a licensed attorney with 20 years of experience and helps doctors navigate the legal side of franchising.

With ownership experience in Physical Therapy, Alyson brings a clinical mindset to her role. She supports doctors on their ownership path, bridging the gap between clinical and business training so veterinarians can build a thriving practice in a community they care about.

With 30 years of veterinary experience, Dr. Bruns works to support doctor-owners as their main point of contact. Driven by a true passion for the field, she helps veterinarians build the type of practice they desire and deserve.

For more than 15 years, Kelly’s superpower has been helping leaders maximize their potential. She works closely with doctors and hospital teams to craft plans that allow them to focus on care and build their dream careers.

Kevin leads with his heart to develop marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives that help doctors grow their client base and strengthen local relationships.

Dr. Robinson is a veterinarian with extensive experience as a medical team leader, multi-site manager and operator. He leverages his diverse skill set and industry knowledge to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth for both veterinarians and the hospitals he partners with.

For more than 20 years, Cody has worked in veterinary medicine in one form or another. He has served in every function within a veterinary practice, from the kennel to multi-site leadership, and now coaches PVS hospital owners in strengthening their practices and teams.

Kyle is the Ace up a veterinarian’s sleeve. As a VBC, his goal is to take on some of the burden of running a hospital, and his extensive experience in veterinary medicine has prepared him with a workflow for any type of client interaction.

Sarah has been in the veterinary industry more than 12 years and brings a “pet first” mentality to her work. She leans on her experience in operations and people leadership to help veterinarians find success by balancing quality care and sound business practices.

Inspired by the heart and hard work of veterinary professionals, Shannon has spent more than two decades helping teams thrive. She supports PVS doctors through coaching, leadership development, and practical guidance that helps hospital teams grow stronger, serve clients well, and deliver great medicine.

Olivia supports veterinarians by providing operational guidance, collaborative problem-solving and consistent partnership. She’s here to help hospital teams navigate challenges and improve efficiencies, leading to stronger performance and exceptional veterinary care.

Ryan’s passion is empowering veterinarians with the confidence, knowledge and support they need to thrive as practice owners. With two decades of business development experience and firsthand perspective as a former franchisee, he knows what it takes to step into ownership and succeed.

Brandon pulls from a 16-year background in healthcare recruiting, leadership and talent strategy. He knows the power of strong leadership and a healthy culture, and puts his experience to work helping veterinarians create careers that are both professionally fulfilling and sustainable.

John has dedicated more than ten years to supporting veterinary professionals, and now helps vets achieve a dream phase in their careers: ownership. His experience in operations, finance and HR enables him to advocate for vets in many areas of business.

Melissa curates meaningful experiences that help veterinarians build strong connections with pet parents and their communities. She blends marketing strategy, psychology and storytelling to bring clarity, intention and long-term value to every PVS interaction.

As one of the first points of contact, Rosanne works to ensure new doctor-owners are embraced within the PetSmart Veterinary Services family. She puts her 40 years of legal experience to work to help them succeed.
